KITCHEN AND FAMILY LIVING
For everyday living, the family room is at the heart of the estate. Disappearing corner sliders open onto the pool and sundeck, doubling the living space. Almost magical hidden screens can enclose the lanai and family room.
If you perform in the kitchen, Armada Court can be your stage. The spacious Tuscan inspired kitchen boasts cutting edge appliances and amenities under a 17 foot ceiling. In the center of the kitchen is a 3 x 7-foot granite topped island with drop lights over the bar and custom wooden cabinetry with deep hand rubbed finish. Custom refrigeration, restaurant style range and Viking Professional grill just outside the door provide all the tools necessary for a formal dinner or late night snack. A spiral staircase in the corner of the room leads to the wine loft with custom cabinetry, two wine coolers and a custom wine rack.

MASTER RETREAT
The master’s retreat occupies the western side of the main floor, and overlooks the private marina. An octagonal sitting room off the master offers wraparound views of the pool and waterways. The master bath suite features a ball and claw slipper tub, and a unique indoor/outdoor dual shower that opens onto a private garden with heated spa. Completing the master retreat is a fitness center and an air-conditioned dog kennel with outdoor dog run.
2ND FLOOR
A curved stairway with Travertine steps and iron balusters with handrail leads to the second floor level where there are two bedroom suites with balconies.

Conveniently located on the second floor are a laundry room, a circular reading room and a library that overlooks the formal living room and family area.
3RD FLOOR ENTERTAINMENT
The media room features sisal carpeting and built-in wall entertainment center. A small control room houses the entire house sound system.
Adjacent to the media room is a full bar with marble countertop, icemaker, sink, dishwasher, custom wooden wall unit for storage of barware, and a half bath.
Views from the octagonal observation room with its surrounding balcony are simply spectacular. Stunning sunrises and sunsets make this room perfect for quiet reflection or conversation with guests.
GUEST COTTAGE
The guest cottage offers privacy for weekend guests or extended stays. A complete living quarters, the cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with Spanish tile countertops and backsplash and Mexican tile flooring. The great room overlooks a lanai and den with sleeping area. The main bedroom features a large walk-in closet, and a full bath and laundry room complete this exquisite home within a home.
CARETAKER’S QUARTERS
The caretaker’s quarters, atop the three car garage, provides a luxury apartment unto itself. This one-bedroom one bath cottage includes a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with double ceiling fans.
