A Fine Art chandelier with custom pendants, rich cypress custom cabinetry, handcrafted Mexican tile and backsplash, and glass and wrought iron windows add warmth and charm to this Tuscany-inspired family area.

The other end of this welcoming kitchen leads to the lanai and family room, which can be completely enclosed by almost magical hidden screens. Disappearing corner sliders open onto the pool and sundeck, doubling the living space. Just off the kitchen are a half-bath and a fully equipped butler’s pantry with kitchen entrance from the garage porte-cocheres.

MASTER RETREAT
You can disappear for days in the luxurious main floor master retreat that overlooks the private marina and comes with everything you need to relax and rejuvenate. Work out in the fully equipped fitness center with free weights, cardio equipment and weight machines. Afterward, recline beneath a faux-finished ceiling that accentuates the room’s elegant detail.

Even man’s best friend gets a little R&R in the air-conditioned dog kennel with outdoor dog run. 2ND FLOOR
Your children or guests will enjoy their own fully appointed living space on the second floor of this plush estate. The gentle curve of the Travertine stairway with iron balusters and railing presents an elegant invitation to ascend. The welcoming landing mirrors Tuscan architecture with high arched ceilings and doorways that lead to bedrooms and communal areas.

You may want to curl up with a page-turner in the unique circular reading nook tucked into the front turret brightened by graceful arched windows. The adjacent book gallery features rich floor-to-ceiling built-ins that overlook the formal living room and family area accented by custom iron work.

 The first suite is ideal for guests or teens who want to escape to their own domain. It includes a half kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, granite-topped bar and sink. The attached bathroom features His and Hers granite-topped vanities, wall sconces and pendant lamps imported from France.  A claw foot tub, a frameless shower, and a large walk-in closet.
The second guest suite features wood floors and a private bath with a custom wood granite-topped vanity, Stiletto tile, and the soft lighting of wall sconces.  A laundry room is easily accessed from either suite.

3RD FLOOR ENTERTAINMENT
When the water isn’t calling, your family and friends will enjoy relaxing in the high-tech media room with a built-in entertainment center. GUEST COTTAGE
Your Cape Harbour Home is a luxurious retreat you will want to share with your friends. The equally inviting guest cottage was built to give your guests privacy through an extended stay or a long weekend.  The Old World feel continues throughout the cottage, especially in the kitchen. Azure Spanish tiles create the counter tops, backsplash and bar, which is accented by hand-painted tile trim. Floor-to-ceiling wood cabinets complement the hand-painted Mexican tile flooring throughout the house.
The main bedroom features a large walk-in closet and a full bath with a hand-painted sink surrounded by the charming Mexican design and blue tile in the kitchen. The great room provides the same indoor-outdoor privacy as the main estate by including surrounding drapery to enclose it from the adjoining lanai. A den offers additional sleeping space for guests or children, and a laundry room completes this exquisite home within a home.

CARETAKER’S QUARTERS
